This workshop consists of a two hour asana class followed by a one and a half hour restorative class allowing time to investigate various asanas and answer any questions at the time.
There will be a two hour break between the two classes so that we can have a light lunch. Cassie and Phil, from The Terrace in Thomas Street have agreed to remain open for an extra hour for lunch provided we can guarantee a reasonable number of people. As such, please advise at the time of booking if you are interested in joining in for lunch at the Terrace.

Cost: $65 Early Bird (if paid prior to October 1st) or $75 thereafter
Full payment must accompany each booking and be paid prior to 1 August
Suitable for general level students with at least one year of regular class attendance. Visiting students are welcome too.
