Thursday 4.15pm Yin Yoga
Yoga, dance and meditation was always present during Carolina’s childhood. She fell in love with the practice through Kundalini yoga and Ashtanga vinyasa and found true passion when her path crossed with Vinyasa flow. Here she found the perfect combination between movement and breath, fluidity, strength and grace. Carolina is a trained social worker and in order to face the challenges that profession offers she always returned to the practice to refill, restore, letting go and to create balance.
Eventually she left the cold winds of Sweden with her family for a new life in sunny Australia. Carolina has been guiding people through movement (dance and yoga) for a long time. Her first teacher training was in India (Ashtanga Vinyasa) and Yin Yoga teacher training in Sweden. After moving to Australia she’s been studying Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga with Power Living in Sydney, Kids yoga with “Inspired Kids Yoga” here on the Sunshine Coast, Prana Vinyasa with Delamay Devi in Byron Bay and SUP yoga teacher training on Bali.
Carolina’s passion is to guide her students through a dynamic practice and hold a space where they can explore their boundaries in a safe way. She teaches a vibrant vinyasa flow suitable to all levels. By moving from a place of love her aim is to offer a practice that leaves her students feeling calm, grounded and energised.
