Vinyasa Yoga Tuesday 9.15am and Friday 9.15am
Adhi has been dedicated to health and fitness her whole life. She danced through her youth and trained as a fitness leader in her teens. She discovered the magic of yoga in high school and then again at prenatal classes in 1990. She has been learning and teaching yoga ever since.
Adhi is a level 2 teacher and her style has evolved to fluid vinyasa focusing on breath and alignment awareness and also offering an exploration of gentle yin experience through restorative yoga classes. Complimentary to this her classes offer philosophical aspects of a yogic path giving a blueprint for a life more aligned with nature and peace. Adhi is also a remedial massage therapist and kirtanist. She is eternally grateful for all the teachers in her life.
