Are you sleep-deprived, stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted? Can’t seem to relax no matter how hard you try? Like any worthwhile skill, relaxation takes practice.
Restorative Yoga is a unique form of yoga practice where you rest deeply in completely supported poses, receiving all the benefits while letting the props do the work! When the physical body becomes fully relaxed this initiates and facilitates healing on a deeper level – including mental and emotional. Beyond Doctors and medication, the body knows how to heal itself.
Gail Hay will cover simple relaxation techniques, tranquilising & balancing pranayama, deeply restorative poses and concludes with a luscious guided relaxation.
When: Saturday August 4th
Time: 3.15pm – 5.30pm
Cost: $45
Bookings are essential as numbers are limited to allow for individual attention.
