We feel inspired to open our new yoga studio space on the first day of Spring and invite you to join us to this free celebration with our collective teachers.
Please join Viv, Kara, Gail, Carolina, Adhi and Cam to explore our new space, have a slow stretch, yoga nidra and sound meditation. Our doors will open for chai and afternoon tea and you can join for any or all of the events.

4.30pm – 5.30pm Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation
