  • Class Cancellation this Sunday 8am October 30th

    We unfortunately have to cancel our Sunday 8am class as the nearby roads will be closed due to the Triathlon.  However we will have our 4pm Restorative Yoga and Meditation class still on – perhaps a welcome relief for any people in the triathlon or weary supporters!
