Vivianne has been practicing and studying yoga for more than twenty five years. Yoga was the source of clarity, calm and connection during an international corporate career. The desire to learn more about yoga took Vivianne to India many times, learning direct from the source in the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions. On returning to Australia after a decade away, Vivianne studied with Radiant Light Yoga teachers, Adam and Akash Bornstein, Vipassana meditation and Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow Vinyasa to further her yoga qualifications as well as ongoing training and inspiration.
It is the energy of nature that Vivianne loves to express through her body: swimming the ocean, riding the forest and running the beach. With yoga being a wonderful way to ensure the body stays grounded, stretched and strong to support and enhance our life, also giving freedom of mind and spirit.
Vivianne teaches yoga as an embodied meditation of breath, movement and positive intention. She guides us to channel energy from around and within, to clear internal energetic pathways, heal the body and connect to the Universal life force. Her teaching is given with the intention of a deep transformational mind-body experience. Classes vary in rhythm from restorative yin yoga to dynamic vinyasa and include meditation and pranayama (breathwork) elements.
Vivianne has studied Esalen massage and is a Level 7 Kahuna massage therapist and is available for bodywork in the studio. This deep release, flowing style of massage can be combined with crystal bowl sound healing and meditation.
Yoga Circle studio is the inspiration of Vivianne, who has created this tranquil space and manages it supported by a collective of experienced and passionate teachers. A studio that facilitates self-awareness and connectedness through the joyful expression of yoga and healing modalities. The intention is to grow a strong local yoga community, as well as inviting visitors to connect with our circle and deepen their experience with the Noosa community.
Vivianne is available to teach larger private or corporate groups and will tailor the experience to meet your needs, combining yoga, meditation & group dynamic facilitation. Whether in the studio or on location, a unique and memorable experience will be created.
Vivianne teaches at international retreat centres such as Gaia Oasis in Bali and Ulpotha in Sri Lanka and presents at Yogafest and the Vedanta Yoga Conference.
