Vivianne has been practicing and studying yoga for more than twenty years. Yoga was the source of clarity, calm and connection during an international corporate career. The desire to learn more about yoga took Vivianne to India many times, learning direct from the source in the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions. On returning to Australia after a decade away, Vivianne studied with Radiant Light Yoga teachers, Adam and Akash Bornstein to further her yoga qualifications as well as ongoing training and inspiration from many teachers.
Vivianne loves connecting to the energy of nature and expressing through the body: swimming the ocean, riding the forest and running the beach. She finds that yoga is a wonderful way to ensure the body stays grounded, stretched and strong to support and enhance our life, also giving freedom of mind and spirit.
Vivianne teaches yoga as a meditation of breath, movement and positive intention. She guides us to channel energy from around and within, to clear internal energetic pathways and heal the body, so feeling connection to Self and Universe. Her classes are set with the intention of a deep transformational mind-body experience.
Vivianne is a Kahuna massage therapist and is available for therapy sessions in the studio and also offers crystal bowl sound healing and meditation.
Yoga Circle is the inspiration of Vivianne, who has created this tranquil space supported by a collective of experienced and passionate teachers. A place that facilitates self-awareness and connectedness through the joyful expression of yoga and healing modalities. The intention is to grow a strong local yoga community, as well as inviting visitors to connect with our circle and deepen their experience with Noosa.
Vivianne is available to teach larger private or corporate groups and will tailor the experience to meet your needs, combining yoga, meditation & group dynamic facilitation. Whether in the studio or on location, a unique and memorable experience will be created.
