Kundalini Yoga Tuesday 6.15am, Thursday 4.15pm & regular Sunday workshops
Margot first came across yoga at the age of 16 and began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2007 in Melbourne whilst studying Holistic Kinesiology. Through daily practice, Margot has discovered the joy and power of Kundalini Yoga to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, expand consciousness and open the heart. It has become a beacon of transformation and empowerment for her.
Margot undertook teacher training in China in late 2011 (under the guidance of Suraj Kaur in Australia & Sunder Singh in USA – direct disciple of Yogi Bhajan) and has been teaching regular classes since 2012 in Darwin and also during her recent time living in Alaska. Margot has also trained with Guru Jivan Kaur (direct disciple of Yogi Bhajan).
Yoga & meditation are a way of life for Margot, she lives by the principal of Sat Nam (truth is my identity). After 10 years of a dedicated practice she wholeheartedly believes that yoga and movement provide a direct pathway into meditation, into freeing the mind and she loves to share this simple joy with her students.
