We welcome Marian to the studio offering this speciality masterclass of deep restorative healing yoga.
Restorative yoga is a unique form of yoga practice where you can deeply rest in completely supported poses, receiving the benefits of the poses while letting the props do all the work! Restorative yoga calms your nervous system and the long hold poses assist the body and mind to deeply relax and renew. You will move through a carefully crafted sequence of poses designed to bring you into balance and stillness.
The poses are held for around twenty minutes, designed to take you into a space of stillness and quiet while held in a supportive place using props as necessary. Marian follows a set flow and if you’ve been before, the format is the same.
This class will suit all body types and yoga experience. It’s great for the tight, strong ones who need to find a deeper place of release and it’s great for the ones who have injury and need to be supported in postures or need to rest and calm their body’s stress response. Numbers are limited to 12.
