Through this workshop we will work on blending the body, mind and soul to enhance pure vibration of the Self. To develop communication that is clear, purposeful and deepened with the stillness of listening.
Learn breath techniques enabling you to slow down, yoga to ground you and open your heart & throat and meditation to merge all components of Self. Build compassion and understanding that the other person is a reflection of yourself.

Meet Margot Cameron
Yoga & meditation are a way of life for Margot, she lives by the principal of Sat Nam (truth is my identity). After 10 years of a dedicated practice she wholeheartedly believes that yoga and movement provide a direct pathway into meditation, into freeing the mind and she loves to share this simple joy with her students.
Margot undertook teacher training in China in late 2011 (under the guidance of Suraj Kaur in Australia & Sunder Singh in USA – direct disciple of Yogi Bhajan) and has been teaching regular classes since 2012 in Darwin and also during her recent time living in Alaska. Margot has also trained with Guru Jivan Kaur (direct disciple of Yogi Bhajan).
Margot teaches at Yoga Circle each Tuesday 6.15am and Thursday 4.15pm.
