Would you like to find a place of deep stillness within, a place you can retreat to at anytime, untouched by all and everything around you?
Yin yoga enables a deep release and restoration no matter your level of fitness or physical yoga asana ability. The practice is to go deep and slow into long holds, supported by props and deep breath.
The meditation component will be part led, part in silence and part guided relaxation. We will explore combinations of breathwork, mantra, silent sitting, guided mindfulness meditation, crystal sound vibrational meditation …. many different pathways to stillness!
We rotate different teachers each week. No need to book, just come along. The class is 1h15 and you can pay casually or use your passes. Visitors welcome.
We have other Restorative/Yin Classes during the week: Monday & Wednesday 4.15pm + regular extended workshops (please see our Events Page)
We also offer a free MEDITATION SESSION each Sunday 7.30-8.00am and then you can join the Vinyasa Yoga class directly afterwards with Emily from 8.00-9.15am.
