Meditation & Pranayama Breathwork
Is your mind too busy, feel you don’t have time or do you want to reduce the time you spend in destructive mind states such as anger and doubt?
Designed for beginners to develop your own practice of meditation and familiarise yourself into a rhythm of regular sitting. This is not something you can fail at! We will shine a spotlight on the bumps along the way that may discourage your meditation practice and how you can navigate your way to embracing the highest potential available for you right now. Just as you are.
You will come to know the differences and benefits of mindfulness, concentration, visualisation and relaxation techniques and what will work best as a support for you. You will also discover (through your own practice and the practice of many people before you) the difficulties you may come across on your path, and how to wisely and compassionately navigate these in your practice.

Feel for yourself the intrinsic rewards of a meditation practice and encourage and increase the impacts of this as a regular part of your life.
You can use your class passes or pay casually as you go. No need to book, just come along.
